Fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with fluency in English and Polish to join a stainless steel manufacturer with a global presence and an extensive client base. 110,000.00zł – 150,000.00zł per year

The successful candidate will have senior management experience gained within a Mechanical Engineering role and will oversee all aspects of the delivery of products from a new supplier based in the Wroclaw region of Poland. Reporting into the Vice President of Operations, you will ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time whilst working to set SLA’s. This role will be primarily centred at the supplier’s location in Poland but will involve regular visits to our client’s UK facility.

The main areas of experience and skills required are:

• A strong commercial acumen
• A background in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing
• Ability to read CAD/3D drawings
• Manage engineering, drawing change control
• Problem solving
• Excellent Communication skills
• Implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes
• Product quality assurance
• Ensure 100% compliance with service standards and regulations
• Fluency in English and Polish
